STRUCTURE & CORE FUNCTIONS

HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION

The Department of HRA is headed by a Director and has two functional Sections and a Unit, namely: Human Resources and Administration, and Accounts Unit.

 

The Department of HRA is mandated to perform the following functions namely:

 

  • - Coordinating training activities
  • - Coordinating the implementation of the Performance Management Package
  • - Coordinating and mainstreaming HIV/AIDS activities in the Ministry
  • - Human Resource planning
Providing administrative and logistical support to the Ministry

Social Security Department

The Social Security Department is headed by a Director and has two functional Sections, each supervised by a Principal Social Security Officer.
