What should investors do when they comes to Zambia
- Get all the existing labour legislation in country and comply
- Get information on recruitment of foreign labour, eg get to know what jobs cannot be given to foreigners eg Human Resource positions.
- Register the company with the office of the labour commissioner especially if there are more that 25 employees in the company for purposes of unionism as prescribed in the industrial and labour relations Act
- Understand the labour market practices
