MESSAGE BY THE MINISTER OF LABOUR AND SOCIAL SECURITY
WELCOME TO THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR WEBSITE
This Website will provide a platform for us to interact and share information with the members of the Public on various issues regarding the Labour Market.
You will find information on the relevant labour laws in Zambia which are down-loadable. In order to help both employers and employees on finding quick answers to their labour problems, a full page of frequently asked questions with the answers has been provided. Click to go to FAQs.
The website has been designed in a manner that users will find it easy to get whatever information they need.
The main feature of the website is the online labour complaint form which will provide an opportunity for employees and employers to lodge a complaint online without going to the labour office. It is expected that this system will help to increase labour law awareness hence enhancing Industrial harmony which is key for productivity improvement in our country.
As a Ministry, we will endeavour to provide up to date information on the new development on the market.
I urge you to feel free to give feedback or comments on this website in order for us to improve its contents and features from time to time.
Enjoy surfing our website.
Thank you.
